A note from the founder
Straight talk about how this works.
I co-host short-stay properties with the landlord's permission. Ownership stays with you — I don't take a lease, I don't sublet, and nothing changes about your title or mortgage.
What I run is the operation: pricing, listings, guest communication, and a small bench of vetted cleaners. You keep control; I keep the standards high.
Cleaning is charged to the guest as a separate fee, not deducted from your payout. My management commission is 20% of Net Booking Income (after OTA/platform fees), with a working range of 18%–22% depending on scope. VAT applies to my commission only if and when I become VAT-registered — I'll tell you in writing before that ever changes.
